GIOVANNA MARCHELUZZO is a tailoring workshop where garments are made to order and/or made to measure. Average delivery times are longer than other e-commerce sites, precisely because of the tailoring and artisanal approach, where every seam and detail are worthy of the utmost attention.
SHIPPING TIMES
For our Tailoring Laboratory the average production times are approximately 15 working days, which can exceed the 21 working days during periods of high order influx, such as launches and collaborations.

If you need a specific delivery date, please request it from Customer Service before processing your online order: we will confirm or deny the possibility and then provide instructions on how to specify it to the Laboratory.

To offer you the best service and ensure fast shipments all over the world we have chosen DHL Express. Shipping costs vary based on the type of shipment and destination. Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. The DHL Express On Demand Delivery service is also active, allowing our customers to independently manage the delivery of the shipment, customizing them.
Estimated shipping times are to be considered as a guide only and from the date of dispatch we are not responsible for any delays caused by credit card authorisation processes.
It may take up to 21 working days for our Laboratory to process your order.
Deliveries by the forwarder in Italy, for the arrival of the package to the recipient from our headquarters, have an average of 48 hours.
Deliveries of international orders, for the arrival of the package to the recipient from our headquarters, have an average of 7 working days.
PAYMENTS
Payment management is entrusted to Banco BPM.
You can pay with any credit card. You can pay with your account, with a credit card (with verification code activated) or your prepaid/rechargeable card , or by Bank Transfer .

RETURN POLICY
GIOVANNA MARCHELUZZO's goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the day you received the products purchased on www.giovannamarcheluzzo.com
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date of their receipt.
Products can be returned by shipping the package via the courier indicated by the Seller (DHL), or via another courier, only after having contacted us in the “contact us” area and received a response from us.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is considered to be correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully respected:
The customer service of the GIOVANNA MARCHELUZZO brand must be contacted through the "contact us" area or by email info.giovannamarcheluzzo.com in the most suitable timeframes, considering that the return must be delivered to the courier within 14 working days from receipt of the order. Furthermore:
– the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
– the identification tag must still be attached to the products;
– the Exchange/Return Form must be duly completed and inserted inside the package;
– the products must be returned in their original packaging, which must reach the Seller intact. Therefore, the return shipment must take place according to suitable procedures and with suitable means to protect the products and the Giovanna Marcheluzzo box. If this is not the case, the Seller informs that the cost of the packaging equal to €8 will be deducted from the refund;
– returned products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller, in fact, reserves the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;
– returned products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date you received the products.
The possibility of returning items is excluded in the following cases:
– if the item has been customized or made to measure at the customer’s request ;
– if the garment has been modified in any part (e.g. shortened or widened).
If you have complied with all the required conditions, the Seller will refund you the price of the products purchased, with you only having to pay the return costs, i.e. those for returning the purchased products to the Seller.
REFUND TIMES AND METHODS
After the Seller has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. Regardless of the payment method you used (credit/debit card or cash on delivery), the refund is activated by the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, refunding the cost of the purchased product. Instead, all shipping costs at the time of purchase and at the time of return remain the responsibility of the customer.
The actual time for the refund or reimbursement of the sums paid by you for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used.
